, अपने द्वारा कोई चेष्टा जो अपने को 7:42 पीड़ा पहुंचा दे, किसको दंड देंगे ? ऐसे आत्म 7:46 स्वरूप सर्वत्र अनुभव करते हैं, इसलिए राग 7:49 द्वेष रहित महात्मा के हृदय में यह आता ही 7:52 नहीं है कि इसको दंड दिया जाए https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bn5WJmugFtw&t=424 (see text 1 above) यह श्लोक धर्म के दस लक्षणों को बताता है। ये लक्षण हैं: धृति (धैर्य), क्षमा (क्षमा), दम (संयम), अस्तेय (चोरी न करना), शौच (पवित्रता), इन्द्रियनिग्रह (इन्द्रियों को वश में रखना), धी (बुद्धि), विद्या (ज्ञान), सत्य (सत्य) और अक्रोध (क्रोध न करना)।  धृति (धैर्य): धर्म का पालन करने के लिए धैर्य बहुत ज़रूरी है। क्षमा (क्षमा): दूसरों की गलतियों को क्षमा करना और उनसे बदला न लेना। दम (संयम): इंद्रियों और मन को नियंत्रित करना। अस्तेय (चोरी न करना): किसी की संपत्ति या धन को चोरी न करना। शौच (पवित्रता): शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से पवित्र रहना। इन्द्रियनिग्रह (इन्द्रियों को वश में रखना): इंद्रियों को गलत कार्यों से रोकना और उन्हें धर्म के रास्ते पर लगाना। धी (बुद्धि): ज्ञान और विवेक का उपयोग करना। विद्या (ज्ञान): ज्ञान प्राप्त करना और उसे दूसरों के साथ साझा करना। सत्य (सत्य): हमेशा सत्य का पालन करना। अक्रोध (क्रोध न करना): क्रोध पर नियंत्रण रखना और शांति बनाए रखना (see text 2 above) जो कछु लिख्यौ ललाट में, दुख सुख देही संग ।

भुगतैगौ जहँ जाइगौ, यह सिद्धांत अभंग ।। [1]

यह सिद्धांत अभंग, तजत क्यों धीरज प्रानी । 

वृन्दावन परिहरे, प्रिया प्रीतम रजधानी ।। [2]

भगवत नित्यबिहार, स्याम स्यामाँ को गैलछु ।

भूख प्यास सहि रहे, आनि बीते सिर जो कछु ।। [3]

- श्री भगवत रसिक, श्री भगवत रसिक की वाणी, निर्विरोध मनरंजन (18) भाग्य में जो कुछ दुःख सुख लिखा है वह इस शरीर के साथ जुड़ा है। तुम जहाँ कहीं भी जाओगे, वहीं वह भोगना पड़ेगा । यह सिद्धांत अटल है। [1] इसलिए हे प्राणी, तुम धीरज क्यों खो रहे हो और क्यों प्रिया प्रियतम की राजधानी इस वृन्दावन का परित्याग कर रहे हो ? [2]  भगवत रसिक जी कहते हैं कि भूख प्यास या जो कुछ आपदा विपदा तुम्हारे ऊपर आ पडे, उस सबको सहकर तुम निरंतर यहीं रहो और प्रिया प्रियतम के नित्य बिहार को देखो और गाओ (see text 3 above) "करत जे अनसहन निंदक, तनहु पे अनुग्रह" का अर्थ है, "जो निंदक की निंदा को सहन करते हैं, उनके प्रति भगवान की कृपा होती है।" इसका शाब्दिक अर्थ निंदा को सहन करना है। निंदा करने वाले की निंदा सहन करने का अर्थ है, उस निंदा को स्वीकार करना और उस पर प्रतिक्रिया नहीं करना। निंदा को सहन करने वाला व्यक्ति अपने आप को ऊँचा करता है और भगवान की कृपा प्राप्त करता है। निंदा को सहन करने वाला व्यक्ति निंदक से भी ऊपर उठता है। उदाहरण के लिए, यदि कोई व्यक्ति आपकी निंदा करता है, तो आप उस निंदा को सहन कर सकते हैं। आप प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दे सकते, आप क्रोधित नहीं हो सकते, और आप उस व्यक्ति को निंदा करने से रोक नहीं सकते। इसके बजाय, आप निंदा को स्वीकार कर सकते हैं और अपनी आत्मा को शांत कर सकते हैं। निंदा को सहन करने से आप एक अच्छा उदाहरण स्थापित करते हैं। आप निंदक को एक सबक सिखाते हैं। आप अपनी आत्मा को मजबूत करते हैं। निंदा को सहन करने से भगवान की कृपा प्राप्त होती है।

इसलिए, जब भी कोई आपकी निंदा करे, तो निंदा को सहन करें। अपनी आत्मा को शांत करें। निंदा को स्वीकार करें और भगवान की कृपा प्राप्त करें।

Ananya bhakti means न + अन्य, the mind should be attached to nobody else BUTonly the Supreme Divinity.  One may ask, why is this condition there ? what is the problem ? we love the world, we love God as well, what is the problem here ? There is the divine realm, God’s Names, Forms, Virtues, Pastimes, Abodes, Devotees, the Guru - this is the pure realm, if we attach our mind anywhere here, the mind gets purified  and if we attach our mind anywhere in the world, this is the region of the three gunas, the mind will become impure, so you attach your mind a little to God, it gets cleansed then you attach it to the world, it becomes dirty, then again attach it to God, it becomes cleansed then again attach it to the world, it becomes dirty,  this is like going to go further, you take four steps forward and three steps back, then two steps forward and four steps back, in this process, we are not able to cleanse the mind “verse”  Ramayan says that if you take a cloth and on one side you apply soap and on the other side you keep on applying dirt, do you expect the cloth to be cleansed ?  https://youtu.be/wwt9igTmSBw&t=773  15  Similarly, God says, you resolved that your goal is to attain the Supreme, then why do you keep loving the world ?  Why do you keep attaching the mind to the world ? He 5:37 says, God is He who has made this world, very simple logical but of course that 5:46 one God has got innumerable forms, so we must worship God in any of his forms in 6:03 the Bhagavad-Gita, Shri Krishna has expressly stated “verse”, 6:13 He says, Arjun, I 6:23 will maintain the Yog Kshem, He will protect you, do you realize when you 6:34 drive the car, just today we had the experience, our car was cutting into this 6:42 lane and the other car was cutting into this lane at the same time and they were 6:47 going to nicely bounce against each other, however God is protecting us,  He 6:56 says “Yog Kshemam Vyamham”, you surrender to Me and I will maintain your Yog Kshem, 7:08 so He says, you need to engage in devotion to Me alone, again He says in 7:20 the Bhagavad-Gita, “verse”,  Arjun, 7:33 I am sulabh, I am easily attained, otherwise He says I am very difficult to 7:42 reach, “verse” He says that out of thousands of human beings, 7:58 one strives to know Me, out of thousands who strive to know Me, one truly knows Me 8:08 as I am, so He says in this verse that God realization is so difficult and yet 8:19 in this verse in the eighth chapter, 13th verse, he says, 8:27 “I will easily be attained”,  how will You be easily attained ? Arjun, if 8:35 you do “Ananya bhakti”, so what is this “Ananya bhakti”, twice we have heard in the 8:46 Bhagavad-Gita, surrender to Me alone, 8:56 again He uses the word 9:04 eva (“एव”), eva (“एव”) means alone, this much Sanskrit everybody knows, right ? 9:17 again He says, Arjun, attach your mind to Me alone, 9:28 and not only the Bhagavad-Gita, in the Srimad Bhagavatam, He says, “verse”, 9:46 He has repeated it two times, this is Udhav Gita of Srimad Bhagavatam, श्रीमद भागवत, 9:53 Udhav, IF YOU WISH TO RISE BEYOND DUALITY, IF YOU WISH TO 10:01 BECOME FEARLESS, IF YOU WISH TO ATTAIN THE SUPREME DESTINATION, THEN YOU WILL 10:09 HAVE TO SURRENDER TO ME ALONE, SO THIS ONE WORD IS SO IMPORTANT, BY NOT 10:20 UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS WORD, WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ATTAIN GOD 10:27 SO FAR. ALONE. In past lifetimes also we engaged in bhakti but the mind was 10:38 divided between God and the world, we did a little bhakti of God and then we also 10:48 attached the mind to the world and God says, 10:58 look, I'm a Perfectionist, until you reach that point, you stay here, once you are 11:07 qualified, I will call you to My Abode. So we have to understand that if we are 11:15 serious about attaining God, then we will have to do “Ananya bhakti”, 11:23 and what does Ananya bhakti mean ? Ananya bhakti means  न + अन्य, the mind should be attached to 11:43 nobody else BUTonly the Supreme Divinity. One may ask, why is this condition there ? 11:54 what is the problem ? we love the world, we love God as well, what is the problem 12:01 here ? All the scriptures & all the saints are saying & emphasized “Ananya bhakti” 12:53 and what is the problem if we are not Ananya  ? There is the divine realm, God’s 13:01 Names, Forms, Virtues, Pastimes, Abodes, Devotees, the Guru - this is the pure realm, 13:11 if we attach our mind anywhere here, the mind gets purified and if we attach our 13:21 mind anywhere in the world, this is the region of the three gunas, the mind will 13:30 become impure, so you attach your mind a little to 13:36 God, it gets cleansed then you attach it to the world, it becomes dirty, then again 13:42 attach it to God, it becomes cleansed then again attach it to the world, it 13:47 becomes dirty, this is like going to go further, you take four steps forward and 13:53 three steps back, then two steps forward and four steps back, in this process, we 14:00 are not able to cleanse the mind “verse” Ramayan says that if you take a cloth 14:17 and on one side you apply soap and on the other side you keep on applying dirt, 14:27 do you expect the cloth to be cleansed ? Similarly, God says, you resolved that 14:37 your goal is to attain the Supreme, then why do you keep loving the world ? Why do 14:45 you keep attaching the mind to the world ? That means you are not serious, that 14:52 means that you have not decided that I need to apply myself or you have got the 15:01 chalta hai (“चलता है”) attitude but if you do decide that I wish to attain God, then we 15:10 will have to think of how to implement this one word, God alone for the mind’s 15:18 attachment. Now in the world, there are varieties, there is sattvic entities and 15:29 personalities, there are rajasic entities and personalities and there are tamsik 15:36 entities and personalities, so wherever you attach the mind, that is what you 15:43 will get. One father had four daughters, the first daughter he 15:54 married to a very qualified young man, he was brilliant, he appeared in the civil 16:04 services and got through into the IAS and became a senior officer, he is now 16:12 called saheb, and the daughter who got married to him 16:17 became mem saheb. The second daughter got married to young man who 16:27 was a bit of a loafer, not too brilliant and he kind of scraped through and 16:34 became a clerk, so he became a babu,   the daughter who was married to him is now called “babuain”. The third one got 16:53 married to a saint, that saint became a guru and the daughter who was married to 17:01 him, became “guru ma”, now she is called guru ma and the fourth unfortunate girl 17:09 was married to a drunkard, this drunkard would drink as much as could float a 17:17 ship, so naturally he became bankrupt at the 17:21 fastest route and he was now begging, he got the title of bhikhari and the girl 17:29 who was married to him is now called bhikharin, the wife of a bhikhari. She 17:36 says my dear father, what is this ? we are all daughters of the one father and one 17:43 of my sisters is called guruma, and the other is called mem saheb, the third 17:49 is called babuain and I am called bhikharin, the father says wherever you got married 17:56 that was the title you received and that was the property you received. 18:02 Like the girls is our mind and like the husbands are the objects and 18:11 personalities of the world,  tamsik, rajasic, sattvic, gunateet, mode of 18:21 Ignorance, mode of passion, mode of goodness and divine. So what are the 18:30 tamsik objects, alcohol tambakoo, pan masala etc this is all tamsik and bhoot pret, 18:46 you know so many people they worship the ghosts and spirits. When 18:55 I was in standard five, six, seven, I was going to a convent school, so this worship 19:01 of ghosts and spirits is more common, they would do planchet, the students they call 19:08 a spirit and get answers and you ask the spirit, who are you ? the spirit says I'm 19:15 Hanuman, and it sometimes says I'm Mahatma Gandhi, Kripalu maharaj made fun of 19:21 that, later on when I came to Kripalu ji maharaj, he was saying that he 19:26 was staying in somebody's house and this guy used to do planchet and he would call 19:32 the ghosts and spirits, now the spirit you asked who are you ? the spirit used to 19:39 lie and this devotee said maharaj ji, Hanuman comes, Kripalu ji maharaj says it is impossible, 19:46 so devotee said I'm telling you, Hanuman ji comes 19:49 Kripalu ji maharaj said you do it in front of me, so he sat by the side, now 19:55 he had his system of calling, the spirit came, 19:59 so this guy asked, who are you ? the spirit answered I'm Hanuman, Kripalu ji maharaj said 20:07 look Hanuman is the biggest of the Gyanis, so 20:14 Kripalu ji maharaj asked him a question on sanskrit grammar, now the spirit says, next time 20:22 don't keep this guy next to you. Kripalu ji maharaj says look these 20:28 are materially conditioned souls in the material realm, so that tendency to lie 20:34 is there, they are saying they are Hanuman, why should Hanuman come in that 20:38 planchet but there are people who worship ghosts and spirits, it's very common, in 20:45 some of the other dharmas, it's very very common, even in india and so many 20:49 places, so this is tamsik, 20:55 Shri Krishna says, Arjun,   whomever you worship, that is 21:12 what you will attain, “verse”, you worship the celestial gods for 21:19 material rewards, ok and now I have to do sixteen Fridays, to worship Santoshi maan 21:28 and I will get this. So you worship the celestial gods and you will go to their 21:34 abodes and when the punya is depleted, you will come back, you worship human 21:42 beings, you will come back in the material realm and you worship the 21:47 ghosts and spirits, you will go to the nether regions, “verse”, 21:52 if you attach your mind to Me, Arjun, then you shall come to My Divine Abode.
