the word you here used is “Anejat” “Ejat” means movement or vibration, “Anejat” is lack of movement ,remaining fixed so the mantra says God is stable immobile and fixed.

How is he fixed the first is he is “lokasth” in his divine abode where this sun this moon etc. cannot go, where once having gone, a person doesn't return. Arjun, that is My eternal abode,

however the same mantra says that He also moves and the example it gives is that He moves faster than the mind. The mind is considered so fast that in a moment the mind goes to the celestial abodes, the next moment it goes to the hellish abodes,
that is the power of the mind, one moment there one moment here, but wherever the mind moves is the realm of maya and maya is within God, so the mind can never go beyond maya, it can never go beyond God, wherever the mind goes God is already present, these contradictory qualities of God are being mentioned here

so why is it that we cannot know God ? because the instrument of our knowing is the intellect, the intellect is inspired by God. just like if you have a cloth, the cloth is moving but the thing moving it is the hand, now does the cloth have the ability to move the hand ? it doesn't, because it received power from the hand,
likewise our intellect is receiving power from God, it is not having the power to challenge its source, hence even the biggest celestial devatas, they are unable to know God, so the mantra says He is not known even by the biggest of the devatas who is Brahma, until he endowed Brahma with knowledge Brahma was unable to know Him

there was once a construction supervisor on the third floor of the building that was being made, the workers were working on the ground floor and the construction supervisor shouted out "Listen", nobody responded, so again he shouted out "no one responded, he threw a dime.
The worker saw the money, took it and pocketed it, so he threw a bigger coin, the worker saw the bigger coin & pocketed it, so finally the construction supervisor took a stone and threw it, ouch, the worker looked up now, why did you do that ? he said to grab your attention.

well likewise, God gives us things with the idea that we remember Him and fulfill the purpose of life, we take those God gifted things and pocket them for ourselves and then God tries other ways, when we are not willing to listen,
He gives us adversity and then we say, why is God doing this to me ? God says I'm just trying to grab your attention, when you are happy you are forgetting me, so I am sending you a little bit of misery, as a wakeup call.

this is the reason why Kunti prayed to God for adversities, Kunti’s prayers they are in 22 verses of Srimad Bhagavatam, she offers her pranams to Shri Krishna, so she says "Oh Sri Krishna please give me adversities", give me hardships,
Shri Krishna said "Why do you ask such things?" everybody is asking the reverse and you have turned the whole thing around. Kunti said Maharaj you know the answer, Shri Krishna said speak it out in any case, let the others hear as well,
so Kunti said "Maharaj it is because of all the worldly luxuries that we forget you", so if these are snatched away we will naturally turn our face away from the world and we will look towards you

so in this womb of God which is the world, there is a purpose of God, we need to have faith in that grand plan of God if we tie it up with the first mantra, He is complete, the definition of God is Brahma, Brahma means he who is infinitely big so the Sanskrit grammar says Brahma but the same word has another definition as well
