Full Text  1  कई बार बहुत निराशा हो जाती है जीवन में मन बहुत दुखी होता है, एक अंग्रेजी में कहावत है Prevention is better than cure, सुनने में आया था कि कोई Motivational गुरु है तो वह बहुत लोगों को motivate करते थे परंतु उन्होंने खुद ने ही सुसाइड कर लिया,  क्योंकि motivation कुछ नहीं है greed का एक और नाम है लोभ का, मुझसे पूछा किसी ने आप motivation क्या कराते हैं मैंने कहा हम लोगों को लोभी बनाते हैं आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान लेने के लिए जैसे कि अर्जुन जी को भी यही stages से गुजरना पड़ा कि मुझे लेकर चलिए बीच में, लड़ाई होगी तो ये मर जाएंगे, चले गए tension में, साम्राज्य को देखेगा कौन,  चले गए डिप्रेशन depression में, डिप्रेशन में जाते ही उनके हाथ से गाँडीव छूट गया, कहा कृष्ण भगवान से मैं इनके प्रति अपना हथियार नहीं उठाऊंगा, चाहे ये मुझे मार दें, suicide पर आ गए, सारी अवस्थाओं से निकले, बहुत हताशा सी हो जाती है, मन बहुत दुखी होता है तो जब ऐसा स्थिती आती है ऐसी परिस्थिति आती है, तब कुछ सूझता नहीं है, बिल्कुल अकेलापन सा महसूस होता है क्या करें यह situation आ जाती है, उस वक्त  देखिए पहली बात तो यह है कि एक अंग्रेजी में कहावत है Prevention is better than cure क्योंकि ज्यादातर अधिकतर लोगों के साथ जो ऐसा आपने बोला है डिप्रेशन में चले जाते हैं, tension में चले जाते हैं,  टांग टूटने में जिम पर जाकर थोड़ी Practice करी जाती है, muscles थोड़ी बनाए जाते हैं, Back में प्रॉब्लम आती है ज्यादातर लोगों को क्यों आती है आजकल क्योंकि उन्होंने Back की exercise बचपन में ज्यादा नहीं की जिसके कारण की muscles वीक है weak हैं  वो स्पाइनल कॉर्ड का लोड पूरी बॉडी का लोड नहीं ले पा रहे इसके कारण उनको spinal cord के अंदर प्रॉब्लम आनी शुरू हो गई अब cure बड़ा problematic है, time लगेगा, क्या पता हो पाए क्या पता नहीं हो पाए, क्योंकि उस टाइम आप ज्यादा exercise भी नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि योग में भी कहा जाता है अगर पेन है, तो फिर वो योग वो आसन मत करो  डॉक्टर कह देते हैं हां कि अभी आप शांति रखो जी तो इसी तरीके से आपने जो य प्रश्न किया कि बहुत बुरी हालत हो जाती है तो मैं अनुरोध करता हूं कि हम लोग जो अभी भी कह रहे हैं मेरे जीवन में ऐसा नहीं हुआ, डिप्रेशन नहीं आई, टेंशन नहीं है, हताश नहीं हुआ, मतलब वो बचे हुए हैं,  परंतु घर तो उनका भी कांच का है और बहुत पतला कांच है, जरा सी हवा में भी टूट जाएगा वो बचें हुए है किसी तरीके से अपने पिछले जन्म के कर्मों के अनुसार, परंतु बड़ा डेंजरस लाइफ लीड कर रहे हैं वह कभी भी टूट सकते हैं, अब जैसे नॉर्मल ग्लास होता है उसको क्या करते हैं टफन (toughened) कर देते हैं जी जिसके कारण कि वो ग्लास जो है मजबूती आ जाती है और बड़ी मुश्किल से टूटता है और टूटता भी है तो इधर उधर स्प्लिंटर नहीं जाते,  इसी प्रकार से हमारा जीवन भी ग्लास के समान है इसको टफन (toughen) करना पड़ेगा, वो कैसे करेंगे, वो उसका तरीका यह है कि पहली बात तो immediately आप अपने जीवन में ज्ञान जोड़िए परंतु यदि आपने भगवत गीता का ज्ञान नहीं लिया तो समझ लो यह सारी सेल्फ हेल्प बुक्स बेकार हैं यह आपको टेंपररी बेनिफिट तो दे देंगी  परंतु भगवत गीता से बड़ा कोई सेल्फ हेल्प बुक है ही नहीं इसमें करोड़ों नहीं infinite self help books का knowledge है आज जो हालत हो रही है यह सिर्फ lack of knowledge के कारण है, ये ignorance के कारण है, अज्ञानता के कारण है, कौन सी चीज की अज्ञानता, आज मैंने इतना ज्ञान ले लिया, मैं इंजीनियर बन गया, मैंने एमबीए कर लिया, मैं आई आई टी से हूं, मैं यह हूं, मैं वो हूं, मैंने यह पोजीशन प्राप्त कर ली, इतना पैसा आ गया,  परंतु हो तो आप अधूरे, आपका व्यक्तित्व अधूरा है, क्योंकि आपका ज्ञान जो आपने लिया है वो अधूरा है, इसमें आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान, जो कि टफन (toughened) है, toughen करता है आपको, वो है ही नहीं जो आपको tough बनाता है, जो आपको सहन करने की शक्ति देता है, वह विज्ञान लुप्त उपयोग करते रहे,  यह ज्ञान लीजिए, 18 घंटे का कोर्स है, फ्री में है, और देखिए लाइफ के अंदर हमने अपने जीवन में देखा है, 100 लोग जिन्होंने सुना है उनके 98 % जो लोग हैं उनके जीवन में toughen हो गए हैं वो सुसाइड कर लिया, तो फिर इतना ज्ञान उन्होंने भी लिया तो फिर उन्होंने ऐसा क्यों किया? प्रॉब्लम यह है कि मोटिवेशन से लग जाते हैं मोशन,  क्योंकि मोटिवेशन कुछ नहीं है, ग्रीड का एक और नाम है, लोभ का और लोभ जीवन के अंदर कभी शांति नहीं देता और भगवत गीता जो आपकी सेल्फ हेल्प मैनुअल है उसमें लिखा गया है,  भगवान कृष्ण ने बताया है जिसको शांति नहीं है उसको सुख कैसे मिल सकता है, ध्यान रखिए दो ही अल्टरनेटिव हैं, या तो सुखी हो या दुखी हो, बीच की अवस्था नहीं होती है, यह मोटिवेशन जो है, यह ग्रीड है ग्रीड, एक अच्छा नाम दे दिया, मैं अक्सर कहता हूं,  गोबर पर वर्क लगाने से बर्फी थोड़ी बन जाती है, अरे उंगली मारोगे गोबर ही निकलेगा, ऊपर से है मोटिवेशन नाम दे दिया, अंदर से ग्रीड है, मैं इनको greed guru कहता हूं, प्रभु जी संतोष सिखाइए, संतोष गुरु बनिए, भगवत गीता के अंदर स्पष्ट बताया गया इसको एक गुण बताया गया है, तुष्ट (प्रसन्न) होना, यह गुण है, तुष्ट हो जाओ, अरे तुष्ट होने की विद्या तो दी नहीं जा रही,  अगर तुष्ट नहीं होगे, संतोष नहीं होगे, शांति नहीं आएगी, शांति नहीं आएगी तो सुख नहीं आएगा, कितनी सिंपल चीज है, मतलब अगर हम इन चीजों के लिए मोटिवेट होंगे तो फिर हमें अशांति मिलेगी और अशांति मिलेगी तो हमें सुख नहीं मिल सकता अस्थाई वस्तुओं के लिए अगर आप मोटिवेट होंगे,  हम भी मोटिवेट करते हैं लोगों को हमें award want”,  इच्छा, जब तक उसके लोभ नहीं लगता, तब तक यानी वो इच्छा को लोभ में परिवर्तित करना है, तीव्र इच्छा होनी चाहिए तो यह भगवत गीता जानने की तीव्र इच्छा के लिए लोगों को हम मोटिवेट करते हैं,  परंतु यह जो मोटिवेशनल गुरु कहते हैं, सब टॉप पर आ जाओगे, कहां से आ जाओगे, सब सीईओ बन जाओगे, दुनिया के रईस (rich) व्यक्ति बन जाओगे, अगर नहीं बनते हैं तो हम तो गए, तो भगवत गीता ये  आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान जो है तो क्लियर पहले उनको स्ट्रेस था, स्ट्रेस अच्छा होता है, हम लड़ाई के लिए कैसे व्यूह रचना रचें, क्या करें, तभी उन्होंने कृष्ण भगवान को कहा कि मुझे में दोनों सेनाओं के  बीच में लेकर चलिए कि मैं देख सकूं, निरीक्षण कर सकूं, कि कैसे उन्होंने सेटिंग करी है, वो स्ट्रेस था, परंतु जब गए, एकदम सोचने लगे फ्यूचर में, अरे लड़ाई होगी तो यह मर जाएंगे, यह सब होगा, चले गए टेंशन में टेंशन में जाने के बाद और सोचने लगे ये तो सब मर जाएंगे फिर मेरे साम्राज्य को देखेगा कौन?  चले गए depression में और डिप्रेशन में जाते ही, उनके हाथ से गाँडीव छूट गया जिस रथ पर बैठे थे, उस से गिर गए और क्या कहा कृष्ण भगवान से, मैं इनके प्रति अपना हथियार नहीं उठाऊंगा चाहे ये मुखे निहत्था मार दें, सुसाइड पर आ गए, सारी अवस्थाओं से निकले, परंतु भगवत गीता सुनने के बाद सारी tension खत्म, भगवत गीता जैसी  प्रैक्टिकल बुक, सुसाइडल स्टेज पे आके भी हमारे लिए तो बोली है, जानते थे वो कि लोगों की बुरी हालत होगी, इसलिए भगवत गीता तो हमारे लिए हो गई कि नहीं हो गई,  आपने कहा कि अर्जुन स्ट्रेस में थे पहले, फिर जैसे ही उन्होंने future का सोचा तो सारी ये tension हुई, फिर डिप्रेशन हुई, सुसाइड का सोचा, मतलब उन्होंने ऐसा सोच लिया कि अब मुझे तो यही करना है अब और कोई चारा नहीं है,  फ्यूचर डार्क में होता है और एक डॉक्टर ने मुझे बड़ा अच्छा इसका जवाब दिया था कि टेंशन क्या है मैंने उनसे पूछा कि आप tension को कैसे define करते हैं, बोले fear of the abstract, abstract का मतलब जो हुआ ही नहीं है उसके बारे में डर, अगर ऐसा होगा तो ?  ऐसा ज्यादातर लोगों के अंदर नेगेटिव होता है कि गलत ही होगा, मां है, बच्चा गया है बाहर, अगर दो-तीन घंटे लेट हो गया कहीं एक्सीडेंट तो नहीं हो गया, कोई ये नहीं सोचता कि किसी अच्छे व्यक्ति से मिला होगा, उसका काम बन गया होगा, उल्टा है जीवन उठा के आपको, तो इसलिए भगवत गीता आपके लिए है सबके लिए है, best self help book है, भगवत गीता को ही हम क्यों सेल्फ हेल्प बुक कह रहे हैं क्योंकि सेल्फ को हेल्प करें, जब तुम ही वीक (weak) हो तो दुनिया में करोगे क्या ? तुम लाइफ में कैसे successful होगे, बताइए,  दुनिया भर की सेल्फ हेल्प बुक्स है मार्केट के अंदर कि कैसे तुम पैसा कमाओ, कैसे तुम स्ट्रांग हो जाओ, कैसे माइंड को स्ट्रांग कर दो, कैसे Concentration बढ़ा लो, सब चीजों के बारे में ये सेल्फ हेल्प बुक्स कहलाती हैं,  हेल्थ कैसे स्वयं बना लो, जिम की जाने की जरूरत नहीं है, खुद से कर लो परंतु खुद को तो जानो, “सेल्फ” (self) ही को तो नहीं किसी से, बोलते हैं हम तो rat race में है, identity crisis होगी कि नहीं ?  Human being है अपने आप को समझते क्या हैं rat, कमाल है मनुष्य अपने आप को चूहा समझ रहा है, अब किसको हेल्प करेगा ? सेल्फ को या चूहे को ? अरे मनुष्य हो, जानो इस बात को,  चूहे का काम तो दौड़ना है बस, और टेंशन क्या है ? बिल्ली आई बिल्ली आई मगर बिल्ली तो आई नहीं,  फ्यूचर बिल्ली की तरह है, हां, क्या पता आ जाए ? नहीं, बिल्ली नहीं है भाई, जब तू आपने आप को चूहा समझेगा तो बिल्ली से डरेगा ही, क्यों चक्कर में पड़ रहे हो, तो मूर्ख बना रहे हैं लोग दबा के motivational, आप आत्मा हो, शरीर नहीं हो, ये आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान की शुरुआत है और जो व्यक्ति आत्मा की progress की बात नहीं कर रहा है, वो spiritual बात नहीं कर रहा है, वो चूहे की दौड़ में तुम्हें दौड़ा रहा है कि तुम अच्छे चूहे कैसे बनो, sorry, ये मनुष्यों की दौड़ तो नहीं है, तो क्या yes and no   YES इसलिए कि यह बताएगी कि आप हैं कौन, आपको जाना कहां है, मृत्यु क्या होती है, सब करे कराई पर पानी फेर जाती है, अपने जीवन के अंदर आपको चैलेंज को कैसे फेस करना है, यह सब चीजें बताती है,  परंतु NO मैंने इसलिए कहा कि भगवान ने अर्जुन से कह दिया कि अर्जुन तू यह knowledge लेना चाहता है या नहीं अगर तू लेना चाहता है तो पढ़ ले, यह नॉलेज नहीं लेना चाहता तो मत ले, परंतु यह भी कह दिया भगवान ने गीता के अंदर कि जो यह नॉलेज नहीं लेता उसका जीवन बर्बाद है, जो creator (God) है, वही कह रहे हैं क्योंकि आपको purpose ही नहीं पता  कि इस शरीर का purpose क्या है?  यह तो राख हो जाएगा, परंतु मैं जो आत्मा हूं, मैं तो eternal हूं, सनातन हूं, मेरे ऊपर समय का प्रभाव नहीं है, मैंने कभी जन्म ही नहीं लिया, शरीर जन्म लेता है इसलिए मृत्यु को प्राप्त होता है, आत्मा ने कभी जन्म नहीं लिया, आत्मा थी, है और रहेगी, अब इस temporary body से permanent प्राप्त करने के लिए इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए, उपयोग करना चाहिए, यही तो intelligence है और यही भगवान भगवद गीता में बता रहे हैं, तो purpose बताती है, कैसे आप पहुंचो भगवान के पास,  आप कौन हो, आप आत्मा हो, मृत्यु क्या है, हमें जीवन कैसे जीना है,  यह सब नहीं जानना चाहिए ? जानना ही चाहिए और ये कुत्ता तो जान नहीं सकता, जानवर नहीं जान सकता, पक्षी नहीं जान सकता, पेड़ पौधे नहीं इसको (गीता) नहीं पढ़ेगा, इसको नहीं जानने की कोशिश करेगा, इनको समझने की कोशिश नहीं करेगा, आज पता ही नहीं लोगों को कि what is the purpose of life ? सब समझते हैं, purpose अलग है,  sorry, car का purpose all over the world एक ही है, to transport यानी एक जगह से दूसरी जगह तक या तो जीवित व्यक्ति को या जड़ वस्तु को लेकर जाता है, यह उसका (car) कार्य है इसी तरीके से अगर आपको मनुष्य शरीर प्राप्त हुआ है तो पैसे से संबंध बना रहा है, कोई मित्र से संबंध बना रहा है, कोई फैमिली का संबंध बना रहा है, कोई घर से संबंध बना रहा है, मेरा घर, मेरी गाड़ी, मेरा फैक्ट्री, मेरा बैंक बैलेंस, सब संबंध नहीं है, मगर मेरा बोलते ही संबंध हो गया,  परंतु ये  सब संबंध जीरो हो जाएंगे मृत्यु पे, हमें अपना संबंध भगवान के कृष्ण के साथ बनाना चाहिए क्योंकि वो था, है, और रहेगा, हम वो संबंध को भूल गए हैं,  उसको वापस revive करना,
