INFORMATION, WISDOM & DEVOTION
एक है जानकारी (information) और एक है ज्ञान (wisdom)there is information & there is wisdom
Information is gathered from outside but wisdom is generated from within when you sit in contemplation of Lord
Information is obtained by effort but wisdom is received by grace of a guru or Lord
DEVOTION:
by pure loving devotion, all your bad habits & qualities turn to decorative jewels
रब दा की पावना = it is easy to find Lord
ऐथो = from here, पुटना = to dig & root out, ओथे = to there, लाणा = to fix it there
संतों ने ये नहीं कहा कि ऐथो चुकना (simply lift, rather than dig out) , ते ओथे लाणा (because चुकना (simply lifting) is easy, BUT पुटना (to dig & root out) which requires that you make an effort to root out your attachments to the worldly beings & things & place your desires only with Lord
Life is a jig saw puzzle game – hardly few know the “game” & so none can solve it, except those who surrender to God Who then reveals the resolution.

1st
step is INFORMATION ABOUT LORD:
This
especially describes the impersonalists, who have no information of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. They try to
remain satisfied with the impersonal Brahman, but Kṛṣṇa is so attractive and so strong that He attracts their minds. This is the
purport of this verse.
NEXT
STEP IS WISDOM (theoretical knowledge about Lord):
“O
best of the Bhāratas, four kinds of people with very righteous backgrounds take
up devotional service to Me. They are the distressed, the inquisitive, the
seekers of material profit, and the jñānīs, or wise men.”
Out
of these four, those who are distressed and those who desire wealth are called sakāma devotees, devotees with material desires, whereas the
other two, the inquisitive and the searcher for wisdom (ज्ञानी), are mokṣa-kāma devotees, seekers of liberation.
(BUT FOR PURE DEVOTEES, EVEN LIBERATION (मोक्ष) IS NOT THE AIM BUT LORD HIMSELF - HIS LOVE, DARSHAN & SEVA)
FINAL
STEP IS LOVING DEVOTION TO LORD (BHAKTI)
Because they all worship Kṛṣṇa, they are all considered to be very fortunate. In due course of time, if they give up all desires and become pure devotees (भक्त) of the Supreme Lord, they can be considered most fortunate. Such fortunate beginners can develop only in the association of pure devotees of Lord Kṛṣṇa. When one associates with pure devotees, he becomes a pure devotee himself.
LORD
IS PLEASED & GETTABLE ONLY BY BHAKTI.
