*Main Points para wise*:
1. Lord Krishna declares in the Bhagavad Gita: “Although unborn and imperishable, I appear by My Yogmaya power in My original divine form.”
2. The natural human doubt arises: If God takes birth, does it mean He is actually born like a human baby, from the womb?
3. The Srimad Bhagavatam explains that just as the moon manifests, Lord Krishna too manifested — He wasn’t created in Devaki’s womb.
4. For us, we say “birth,” but for God, the correct term is Avatar — meaning divine descension, not material birth.
5. Krishna clarifies to Arjun: “Your birth is material, mine is divine. The difference lies in Yogmaya.”
6. First, He manifested in Vasudeva’s heart as consciousness, then appeared in Devaki’s womb only as a divine illusion.
7. Devaki’s womb filled like that of a mother, but suddenly emptied — Krishna appeared directly in His Vishnu form with four arms.
8. It would be impossible for a baby holding the Sudarshan Chakra, Shankha, Gada, and Padma to emerge from the womb materially.
9. Hence, He only pretended to take birth, while in truth He manifested outside at will.
10. Devaki herself acknowledged Krishna as the Supreme Lord Vishnu, not merely her child.
11. She prayed: “You are the father of my father’s father…” recognizing His eternal divinity.
12. Yet, she wished to love Him as a mother, so she asked Him to hide His divine form and begin His human-like Leelas (divine play).
13. Accordingly, Krishna assumed the infant form, so that people would accept Him as Devaki’s son, preventing doubts.
14. Similarly, Lord Rama had appeared as Vishnu before Mother Kaushalya, before accepting the role of a baby.
15. Both Rama and Krishna staged a divine drama (Leela) — acting like human children — to play their roles in the world.
16. God has no need to undergo human pregnancy; He only creates the illusion of birth through Yogmaya.
17. Yogmaya is God’s divine power, different from the material Maya that binds souls.
18. By Yogmaya, God can perform contradictions: be formless yet with form, unborn yet appearing to take birth.
19. Between us and God lie two curtains — one of Maya covering the soul, and one of Yogmaya concealing the Lord.
20. Thus, Krishna tells Arjun: No one truly understands Him, because His birth is not material but divine, through Yogmaya.
